This 6V rated vibration motor is ideal for 5V powered hand held equipment requiring a vibration alert in addition to sonic and visual indications to maximise the alert for situations where environmental factors render these other means unreliable. Personal environmental monitors are the most obvious application but there are also many other potential uses.
I am holding a small stock of these motors for sample purposes and can make small quantities available to potential users for development work etc for a nominal charge (credit card payment facility). Volume orders can be filled in 4-5 weeks.
The motor draws around 100mA at 5V and with its large vibration weight provides a strong alert.
